Generally, we are paid through commissions.  Most insurance companies build a commission into their rates, and these commissions cannot be removed or reduced (even in the absence of a broker).  Therefore, our services generally do not cost clients anything.  Services provided under the commissions would include annual consultations, plan negotiations, plan implementation, enrollment meetings, and some On-Site Administrative Support time.  For most of our clients, there is never a need for additional services that would incur additional fees.

Additional Services

 Sometimes clients encounter situations for which additional services are needed.  Generally, these services are for "special needs" and/or would be  short in duration. Examples include;

    Additional On-Site Administrative Support time (such as weekly hours)

    Drafting of unique plan documents or summary plan descriptions (SPDs)

We will always discuss such circumstances with the client before incurring any additional charges, and will negotiate any such charges before starting the work. 

We believe that our Standard Services (covered by the insurance companies' commissions) will fulfill all needs for most clients.  However, when an unusual circumstance arises, clients can count on us to be ready!
